Nem volt hajlandó az ügyintézéshez mrgtenni, meg a külügy kérésére sem. Lekezelo volt és nem segítőkész. A külügynek egy másik miniszteriumtol kellett megkerni ami neki egy kattintás lett volna, és egyébként a kötelessége.
