★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf unserer Radreise 2017 entlang der Theiß radelten wir auf dem Dammradweg auch an Tiszatarján vorbei. Da dieser Radweg an Hinterhöfen von Anwesen vorbeiführt, bekamen wir so manchen Einblick auf manch ärmliche Verhältnisse.
Hier unser kleiner Reisebericht drüber:
Bei Polgár wechselten wir die Uferseiten und radelten ab Tiszaújváros-Erőmű auf dem Damm, vorbei an Tiszapalkonya, Oszlár nach Tiszatarján. Hier beobachteten wir einen Zigeunerjungen beim Wasserholen. Seine Einladung zu sich nach Hause lehnten wir ab! Auf unserem Weg zur Fähre entdeckten wir allerhand. Jetzt lernten wir, wie in der pannonischen Tiefebene der Wasserdruck in die Leitungen kommt, dass man in Flußnähe seine Häuser auf Stelzen baut und noch so mancher "postkommunistischer" Traktor in der Landwirtschaft gebraucht wird.
 On our cycle tour 2017 along the Tisza we cycled on the dam bike path also past Tiszatarján. Since this bike path leads past the backyards of the estate, we got some insight on many poor conditions.
Here is our little travel report:
At Polgár we changed sides and cycled from Tiszaújváros-Erőmű on the dam, past Tiszapalkonya, Oszlár to Tiszatarján. Here we watched a gypsy boy fetching water. We refused his invitation to his home! On our way to the ferry we discovered all kinds of things. Now we learned, as in the Pannonian lowlands, the water pressure in the pipes, that you build his houses on stilts near the river and still many a "post-communist" tractor used in agriculture.
