Írtam ide egy méltatlankodó bejegyzést, amire a Heaven Store válaszolt és nagyon barátságos és korrekt módon felajánlották, hogy kicserélik a pulóvert egy újra. Ez meg is történt. Nagyon szépen köszönöm az Ágnes keresztnevű shop asszisztens segítségét!
I ordered a Hooded Staff hoodie at the webshop a few months ago. His material was scattered in several places (not torn, but shattered). I wrote an unworthy post here, to which the Heaven Store responded and offered to replace the sweater with a new one in a very friendly and fair way. That's what happened. Thank you very much for the help of the shop assistant named Ágnes!
