A	Adrian Exchange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAVE A COMPLAIN FROM THIS BRANCH OF PORSCHE UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE BECAUSE WHEN EVER GO TO FOR SERVICE LIKE CHANGING THE OIL THEY TOLD ME YOU SHOULD LET YOUR CAR STAY HERE FOR 3 WEEKS.WHEN YOU CANT CHANGE THE CAR OIL IN A DAY, WHY DID YOU CALL PORSCHE SERVICE CENTER?
T	Toer Less on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was today at porsche budapest. The female sales person was playing with their mobile phone and the colleague sitting opposite did the same. The woman at the reception desk just realized me after 10min while checking the textile, leather samples. Then i went outside to take a look at some cars but nobody was interested to offer service. What to say? I will for sure not order my car in Budapest. There is a huge lack of management and i am surprised that a premium brand like porsche does accept this
P	Peter Kovacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long-long waiting time for a service appointment. Long service times. Almost impossible to reach them over the phone. The only place in Hungary to bring your porsche. Alternative is the Porsche Service in Austria.

If you’re driving a Porsche , respect yourself and don’t bring your car here cause they don’t! This branch is a PURE SHAME for such a brand like Porsche , seriously! I’m servicing my car somewhere else and not here anymore. Hope my voice is about to be heard and things get changed cause i wanna service my car at a porsche dealer. Would give 0 star if i could
U	Undwas War on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am ashamed that Porsche as a German Manufacture offer such a bad service in Hungary! even for a simple things you need to wait weeks. Ive been driving now Porsche for over 20 years and there is only one thing to say about Porsceh Budapest: far below expectation. Close the site or hire a German Manager who can teach the staff about service. This Hungarian staff is just bad!
A	Attila O'dree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are expensive and make rookie mistakes like leaving the hose clamp/o-ring untightened coming into the throttle body causing the check engine light to come on and send my wife into a panic! They charge you 5x more than other places and perform rookie mistakes. This happened on our Macan, and in the past it happened on my Panamera where they didn't tighten the breaks properly causing it to rattle. They charge 5x more but hire students and amateurs who just graduated car repair school. Pathetic.
J	János Bognár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Tried 5 times to ask an appointment by phone for my 911 that has been bought locally but no call back at all. Assistants are great and helpful, but could't help put me through. Half of my day was on asking appointment without a result. 2. One day later I called them again, picked up the phone fast, switched to the service immediately. The Service Advisor registered the works professionally and kindly, offered a suitable date, checked other possible services for the car. So received a full and professional service. Controversial experiences two days after each other. 3. The service was quick, Service Advisor polite effective and well organized, so everything 5-star level. This is how things should happen at Porsche. The problem (wind noice from the sunroof at high speed) will be checked later on, after some high speed tests. 4. The roof has been reset successfully after the 2nd try. So changed the stars from 1 to 4 as an average of my full experience.
A	Ali Esmaeilnejad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is unfortunate that so many people had a bad experience in this porsche center but for me was different ,As a foreigner been there for my car service 3 times ( I bought Porsche guarantee from This branch too) ,everyone even cashier speaks english ,everyone been nice did not see anything out of ordinary, always asked the appointment by phone and on time of my appointment one person was waiting for me and less than 5 min i was out of building , and always they delivered the car faster than they promised!
