★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Car last week for 8 000 000 Forint. Wheels where empty so the onboard computer showed me a error. Also the wiping water was completly empty. If I wasn‘t in a hurry I would return to fix them all problems. Did not expect that kind of service. Next time I will check every small point. Instad of getting merci shokolate and wine, next time they should fill the fueltank. it was only 25%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. My name is Khramtsov Roman. I gave my car (PVV 492) for regular service + technical inspection on 31.05.2022 at 10:00 Pappas Auto Budapest, Hunyadi János út 6, 1117. Pelikán Gergö received my car. I have been waiting for my car for 2 days.
13:57 31.05.2022 I received an email with a bill for the replacement of the brake pads for 486.540 Ft
14:35 31.05.2022 Pelikán Gergö called me. He said that you can not do a technical exam, that you need to replace the brake pads. And they will do the replacement tomorrow.
16:40 01.06.2022 I went back to the service station to pick up the car. But Gergö said that the technical inspection was not done and sent me a new invoice for replacing the front wheels for 1,016,090 Ft.
I asked for the normative measurements on the brake pads and tires, but did not receive them. Gergö said they do not measure and the mechanic made the decision to replace on visual inspection. Maybe I was misled on purpose.
The car was on the street for 2 days. No regular maintenance was done. I checked the oil color and it was black. A technical examination was not done.
I believe that this incident of unreasonable demand for tire and brake pad replacements, cold attitude of staff and long delay of the car is a violation of Mercedes Benz rules and standards. You should look into this and take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Official distributor for Mercedes Benz in Hungary… I assume everything should work perfect… Unfortunately they are working slower than a turtle walks… you have to spend all day at the lobby even you have already booked an appointment.. it takes ages to answer you even a simple question… they reply on emails after months… almost they never call back and the worst… most of the staff is not speaking English.
It’s a pity…
I am not sure what kind of maintenance they deliver…
General speaking in this place it looks like they don’t care about the customers
