Hónapokig nem veszik fel a telefont, ha esetleg emailben válaszolnak, akkor is csak üres ígéreteket kapunk. Arra már nem is vagyok kíváncsi, hogy egy esetleges jótállási igényt ezzel a hozzáállással miként kezelnek... Semmiképp nem ajánlom, van rengeteg hasonló profilú vállalkozás a piacon. A napokban tértem be az önök Győrszabadhegyen működő ügyfélszolgálati irodájába ahol vázoltam problémámat mely a következő volt: egy kétszárnyú kapu egyik szárnya nem nyit megfelelően: a téli időszakban gyakoribb ez a hiba,nyáron ritkább. Nem releváns kérdésekkel halmoztak el melyek a következőek voltak: hol van a kapu felfüggesztés,ha proteco akkor miért beninca vezérlés,idén már nem tudjuk,jövőre is csak vmikor tavasszal...új kapunyitó rendszert kell vennem ...és hasonlók Ígéretet tettem,hogy legközelebb felkészülten érkezem. Még aznap felhívtam egy másik céget ahol azonnal megkaptam a szerelő számát vele konzultálva másnapra! kaptam egy időpontot de már a telefonba említette,hogy kondenzátor csere lesz ..és semmi kapuméretet nem kért ,azonnal tudta,hogy mi a probléma mely be is igazolódott. Tehát két kondenzátorcserével 10.000 ft alatti díjjal megoldotta a problémát úgy,hogy ő is említette,hogy protecot nem javít de megnézi. A különbség cégek között itt van...és egy minőségi szolgáltatás az ügyfélszolgálaton kezdődik...és jelen esetben ott is végződik. Köszönöm! Dear Service Provider! I have to buy a new gate opening system ... and the like I promised to arrive prepared next time. I called another company the same day where I immediately got the mechanic’s number in consultation with him the next day! I got an appointment but already mentioned on the phone that there would be a capacitor replacement ..and he didn't ask for any gate size, he knew right away what the problem was. So with two capacitor replacements, he solved the problem with a charge of less than 10,000 ft so that he also mentioned that he would not repair a protec but would take a look. The difference between companies is here ... and a quality service starts with customer service ... and in this case ends there. Thanks!

We needed an appointment to have our automatic gate opener fixed, as it came loose on the right side of the wall.. Their receptionist was very polite and helpful when we explained the matter to her. The engineers, who were sent out to fix the problem, were very skilled and friendly. Even the strong 'Gorilla glue' purchased back home in the UK could not solve the issue when my DH tried to fix it earlier. So good job, guys, very much appreciated! Thank you, and keep up with the good work!
