 Embassy workers are very helpful people when they visit the embassy on weekends or holidays to try and help them.

I had no problems calling and making an appointment. Everyone was very helpful. All my problems were resolved on time and all doubts were resolved very clearly.

It's hard to explain how useless this embassy was when my girlfriend and I tested positive for COVID-19 in Budapest... It's better to deal with institutions in Portugal, which are more available to help
