L	László Pálfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon tiszteletlenül viselkedtek telefonban, szinte megalázó volt, nem is értem honnan veszik a bátorságot... Panaszt szerettünk volna tenni, a hölgy nem volt hajlandó megmondani a nevét(!) és nem volt hajlandó átadni a telefont a felettesének. Szégyen, rájuk nézve ez az egész, ilyen negatív hozzáállást nem tapasztaltunk még és nem is volt indokolt. They behaved very disrespectfully on the phone, it was almost humiliating, I don't even understand where they get their courage ... We wanted to make a complaint, the lady refused to say her name (!) And refused to hand over the phone to her supervisor. Shame, it's all about them, such a negative attitude has not yet been experienced and was not justified.

Online Termin ausgemacht, nach 6 Wo in der Botschaft sehr freundliche u. kompetente Leute. Ausweis wird aufgrund der Coronalage per Post geschickt. Apart from the great location of the embassy, everything went wonderfully. Online appointment made, after 6 weeks in the embassy very friendly and competent people. Due to the corona situation, ID will be sent by post.

Z	Zehra Bayrak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahre als deutsche nach Ungarn mit einem deutschen Kennzeichen, da verlangt die OMV für Ausländer 2,50 EUR pro Liter und der Preis ist 479 Forint auf Schildern sprich 1,19 EUR. Das ist für ungarische Autofahrer, das ist Politik sagt die Angestellte! Und hier erwarte ich von der Politik mich zu schützen! EU ist auch verpflichtend für Mitglieder oder nicht?
T	Tamás HART on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azt gondoltam hogy egy ilyen követségen van egyfajta minőségi szint, ami alá nem mennek, mer dolgoztam német területeken és ott mást tapasztaltam, de azért ilyen helyen és helyzetben nem kellene ennyire lesűlyedni! De miért ilyen silányan végzik az ügyfélel való kapcslat tartást, ezt gondolom, nem szabályzat írja így elő. Igaz? I thought that such an embassy has a kind of quality level that they don’t go under, because I worked in German territories and experienced something else there, but in such a place and situation I wouldn’t have to sink so much! But why they keep in touch with the client so poorly, I think, is not required by regulations. True?
j	jürgen bühner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit mir waren alle freundlich. Nur am Passfoto Automat kann man nur 4 Fotos machen aber für den neuen Ausweis benötigt man nur 1 Foto. Sonst war alles okay Everyone was friendly with me. You can only take 4 photos at the passport photo machine, but you only need 1 photo for the new ID card. Otherwise everything was ok
