M	Marietta Balassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tudom mi az akadálya, de egy csomagot se képesek kikézbesíteni. 3580Ft-ot fizettem a házhozszállításért, erre mehettem be érte úgy hogy egész nap itthon vártam a postást. Dühítő!!! I don't know what the hurdle is, but they can't deliver a package. I paid 3580Ft for the delivery, so I could go for it so I waited at home all day. Infuriating!!!
B	Biró Veronika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendszeresen járok csomagért a postára, pedig házhoz szállítást kértem. Eddig talán a 30 alkalomból 2x hagyták a postaládában a csomagot. Benn a postán csomagátvételkor viszont semmilyen személyazonosító dokumentumot, vagy az értesítő sms-t sem kérik. Ilyen alapon bárki felvehetné csomagot. I regularly go to the post office for a package, even though I asked for home delivery. So far, perhaps out of 30 occasions, the package has been left in the mailbox 2x. However, when receiving a package inside the post office, no identity document or notification SMS will be requested. On this basis, anyone could pick up a package.

Ajánlott levelek nem érkeznek meg, amikor panaszkodik az ember, akkor kioktató hangnemben kérik számon, hogy pl. "könnyű azt mondani". A levelemet a munkahelyemre küldik a lakhelyem helyett (otthoni cím volt rajta), mondván, hogy más is kérte abból a házból, ahol lakom. Amikor megkértem őket (szépen), hogy ne oda küldjék, akkor a válasz "akkor ezentúl semmit ne várjon tőlünk!". Olyan az egész mint egy B kategóriás filmvígjáték, csak ez sajnos nem vicc, mert pénz, tanulmányok, egészség múlik rajtuk. If there is the worst post office in the country, then it is worth the address. Recommended letters do not arrive, when one complains, they are asked in an instructive tone to e.g. "easy to say." My letter is sent to my place of work instead of where I live (it had a home address on it) saying that someone else asked me from the house where I live. When I asked them (nicely) not to send them there, the answer was "then expect nothing from us from now on!". It's all like a category B movie comedy, but it's unfortunately not a joke, because money, studies, health depend on them.
D	Daniel Švec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborítónak tartom a kiszállításnak azt a módját, hogy az autó megáll egy teljesen másik ház előtt, dudál egy sort, én pedig találjam ki, hogy épp nekem hozta a csomagot. Majd a kedves úr bent várja a kocsiban ülve a csodát, gondol egyet és már menni próbálna mire kiérek. Arról nem is beszélve, hogy telefonos értesítést nem kaptam, csak a megelőző napon. (A behatárolt kiszállítási időpont is teljes mértékben pontatlan, de ezen már nem is csodálkozom, hisz Magyarországon élek..) A csomag átvételekor elvileg lehetőség van kártyás fizetésre, de az úgy nehézkes, ha a terminál nem működik. (Természetesen a PayPass-t sem tudja, szóval kártyákat nem árt előkészíteni, ha egyáltalán tudja majd használni, mert telefonnal nem sokra megy.) Tehát készpénz hiányában nem tudtam átvenni a csomagomat. Most mehetek be a postára érte, mikor házhozszállítást kértem, és nem pedig postán maradást, és végül kifizettem a drágább szolgáltatást a semmiért, ráadásul még az időmet is csak elpazaroltam. I find it outrageous the way of delivery, that the car stops in front of a completely different house, hisses a line, and I find out he just brought the package for me. Then the kind gentleman will be waiting inside the car for a miracle, thinking of one and would be trying to go by the time I get out. Not to mention that I didn’t get a phone notification just the day before. (The limited delivery date is also completely inaccurate, but I'm not surprised by that, because I live in Hungary.) When receiving the package, it is in principle possible to pay by card, but it is so cumbersome if the terminal does not work. (Of course, you can’t even pay with PayPass, so it doesn’t hurt to prepare cards if you can use them at all, because it doesn’t cost much with a phone.) So due to lack of cash, I couldn’t pick up my package. Now I can go to the post office for it when I asked for home delivery instead of staying in the post office, and I ended up paying for the more expensive service for nothing, plus I even wasted my time.
