Disaster is service, helpfulness and competence alike. Once in 11 years, I couldn’t go into the Post Office without being a dissatisfied customer. If they say hello, that is already a very positive thing. The line is often on the street, yet the staff talks cheerfully to each other, working at a snail’s pace. Letters are usually searched for long minutes, many times they have no idea which compartment they put them in. Stuttering on the part of workers is common. There’s no regard for elderly customers either, if I could, I would avoid it by far, and that’s how a lot of us are. I don’t usually write negative criticism, but what’s here is more than outrageous.

Terrible! Many times the people there don't even know what to look for! So slow to be next to the sloth cheetah! Last time I went in I wanted to give up a package! Today I went for a package, I ask the lady how she can pick it up by the time she has a good day or grab my ankle came the answer: I'll see you soon! After 10 minutes you managed to take the notification paper and then find the package! A place is disgusting! It would be nice if one didn’t have to go to the big post office so they could start something with them! Well, they've already described everything in previous evaluations, but I don't understand what their bosses do to the workers here? Can't they see, hear what's going on here? I wouldn't pay them in an hourly wage, but in performance, and then I'd look at their faces when they pay. workers would starve to death in other jobs with this attitude and pace. I would add that their wages are slim, but this is no excuse. Unfortunately, Magyar Posta will always remain so if they have not been able to quit since the change of regime. The inattention, "grimacing," of some clerks is inappropriate.? We couldn't pick up 400,000 forints because the delivery man wrote the two IDs on a notice sheet and he only looked at one of them ...
