Folyamatosan képezzük magunkat, sőt ez elvárás is a Powercat részéről az edzőinkkel szemben.
Minden edzésünk irányított, ahol a terhelést teljesen rád szabjuk. Csak olyan gyakorlatokkal dolgozol, amikkel optimális edzésterhelést fogsz tudni elérni. Nem foguk soha túlterhelni, de nem hagyunk lazsálni sem. Ha nálunk szeretnél edzeni, akkor érdemes hosszabb távon gondolkodnod, mert a változáshoz időre lesz szükséged, ami nem csak egy 1-2 hónapos folyamat.

A gym is approved by the coaches and the program. Viktor Polgár helped me a lot. I have been there more than 200 times. It reveals a lot.
