My story started when the doctor called me to the office half an hour late, where he said both mammography and ultrasound should be done. The problem, which I also mentioned on the test sheet, was not addressed. At first I was on a mammography examination (which I also indicated) I thought a few words would inform me of what would happen. Instead, after I undressed, the assistant began to stack in front of the machine like a rag doll without a word. After the examination, they were transferred to the ultrasound room where the physical examination was missed: The doctor had approx. He ran the ultrasound device over me for 20 seconds and then did the scan. I have already had breast ultrasound examinations at other private health care facilities so I know for a fact that this area is always examined thoroughly and in detail. I have been to thyroid ultrasound at this center before and so far I have always received kindness, complete and detailed information and advice. In this case, I left with terribly bad feelings and frustration, because even though I paid in vain, I can now look for another provider where the ultrasound examination in question will also be performed, treating me thoroughly and as a person.
