★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oázis a (volt) szőlődülők sivatagában. Végig túráztam a Poncichter negyedet, szinte minden régi borozó bezárt, Poncichter, Bschaden, Stubi,tán örökre. Végre hozzájuthattam a megérdemelt kékfrankosomhoz?. Kedves kiszolgálás, izgató csülök illat, amit nem próbáltam, mert más vacsora terveim voltak.
An oasis in the desert of (former) vineyards. I hiked all the way to the Poncichter district, almost all the old wine bars closed, Poncichter, Bschaden, Stubi, maybe forever. I was finally able to get my deserved blue franc. Kind service, exciting knuckle scent that I didn’t try because I had other dinner plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A főtt, füstölt csülök reszelt tormával igen finom itt. Nem csalódhatsz benne. De lehetne még fokozni, ha frissen reszelt tormával szervíroznák.
The cooked, smoked shank with grated horseradish is very delicious here. You can't be disappointed. But it could be further enhanced if served with freshly grated horseradish.

A mai napon az én családom (4 fő ) és egy pár tartottak velünk.
Mi rendeltünk 2 csülköt ők 1,5. Kihozták nekik. Utána nekünk is és közölték hogy csak 1,5.maradt (tojás nélkül hozták) kérdeztük,, a tojás? " azt válaszoltak azt mondta a főnök hogy a másik tányéron van (ott volt 4db egész tojás és ez jutott 6főre) csalódtam a vendéglőben pedig előre foglaltunk asztalt.
We have been coming here with my family for years. The shank is very delicious.
Today my family (4 people) and a couple stayed with us.
We ordered 2 knuckles they were 1.5. They brought them out. Afterwards we were also told that there was only 1.5 left (brought without eggs) we asked, the egg? "they replied the boss said he was on the other plate (there were 4 whole eggs and it was 6 people) I was disappointed in the restaurant and we booked a table in advance.
