This doctor is a true professional. I was with her for several months and she helped me out of a severe depression. She is an excellent listener and extremely supportive. Out of all the mental health professionals I have seen (and there have been many), she helped me the most. I would definitely return to her if I had any problem.

I was searching for help during a hard phase of my life and tried to get appointments with a psychologist here in Germany, but I found that all of them had long waiting lists. I needed help immediately and not in a few weeks or even months! A friend of mine pointed me to Mrs. Konstantynova and told me, that it is possible to do consultations online by video chat. I admit that I was very sceptical. Can this work? Talking to a psychologist by video and in english instead of german? Well, it worked a lot better than I expected! Mrs. Konstantynova has the ability to really listen and she gained my trust very fast. The combination of listening, analyzing, speaking and also learning techniques for helping myself was exactly what I needed! The psychological pressure I was suffering had physical effects on my body - I was feeling the pressure in my stomach all the time, making me losing weight unwantedly. She taught me ways to release that pressure, whenever I felt I needed it. Easy to do and possible anytime and everywhere. I did it regularly and after some time I felt the pressure getting weaker and weaker. We are still in contact and she accompanies my progress. I know I can get back to her anytime if it should be in need of help again and this is really calming! I highly recommend contacting her if you should be in a problematic phase of your life!
