★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendben volt, minden OK, de jöhetett volna valami nyomkövető levél, hogy átadtuk a futárnak, elindult, stb. mert 1 nappal később jött meg, mint eredetileg reklámozták. Gondolom karácsony miatt. (Mármint az ünnep, nem a polgmester :-)
It was okay, everything was OK, but there could have been some tracking letter that we handed it over to the courier, left, and so on. because it came 1 day later than originally advertised. I think it's for Christmas. (I mean the holiday, not the mayor :-)

Annak ellenére, hogy nem volt raktáron a megrendelt kombi hűtő az ígért négy hetes szállítási határidőben megkaptuk. A kiszállítás is korrekt volt, a kicsomagolás, a helyére való beállítás gyorsan megtörtént, ami nekünk segítség volt. Összességében jó tapasztalatokat szereztünk az eladóról.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szállítás során az egyik tétel tévesen lett berakva. A megrendelt Ristretto Forte kávékapszula helyett Espresso Edizione Italiana kapszulát kaptam, annak ellenére, hogy a számlán a megrendelt Ristretto Forte kávékapszula szerepel.
A tévedés tehát a csomagolás során történt, örülnék, ha a csere megtörténhetne.

One of the items was loaded incorrectly during shipping. Instead of the Ristretto Forte coffee capsules I ordered, I received Espresso Edizione Italiana capsules, despite the fact that the invoice includes the Ristretto Forte coffee capsules ordered.
So the mistake was made during the packaging, I would be happy if the replacement could take place.
