Egyszer jártam a boltjukban... most már nem csodálom a késedelmet, ebben az összevisszaságban én sem találnék meg semmit! Nem ajánlom! Vannak jobbak! My order came from America sooner than from Provida. I once visited their store ... now I don't admire the delay, I wouldn't find anything in this mess! I do not recommend! There are better ones!
C	Csenge Nemesapáti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem vagyok elégedett, mert az oldalon 3-5 munkanap szállítás van feltűntetve és ez nem lett betartva. Úgy voltam vele, mivel személyes átvételt kértem, biztosan nem lesz gond. Hát az 5. napon jeleztem e-mailben, hogy nem értem, mi a helyzet. Írtam aztán messengeren is, ott azt a választ kaptam, hogy a rendelésem ennyi idő után is csak feldolgozás alatt van. Majd 3 napra rá kaptam e-mailben is választ, hogy még 3-4 nap... Itt gurult el a gyógyszerem. Amikor jeleztem, hogy nekem ez már az előző héten is késő lett volna és legkésőbb 3 nap múlva szeretném átvenni. Akkor jelezték, hogy addigra meglesz. Tehát a max. 5 munkanap helyett 9 munkanap lett. Szerintem manapság ezt egy bolt nem teheti meg. Nagy a verseny, valahol 1-2 nap a szállítás. Vagy az oldalon tüntessék fel a valós szállítási időt és akkor nem lenne gond, tudják mit vállalnak a vevők. Így lenne korrekt. I am not satisfied because 3-5 working days delivery is indicated on the site and this has not been observed. I was with him because I asked for a personal receipt, there will definitely be no problem. Well, on day 5, I indicated in an email that I didn’t understand what was going on. I also wrote on messenger, where I got the answer that even after all this time, my order is only being processed. Then for 3 days I got an answer in an e-mail that for another 3-4 days ... This is where my medicine rolled. When I indicated that it would have been too late for me the previous week and I would like to take it over in 3 days at the latest. Then they indicated that it would be by then. So the max. It was 9 working days instead of 5 working days. I don’t think a store can do that these days. There is a lot of competition, somewhere 1-2 days for delivery. Or indicate the actual delivery time on the page and you would have no problem knowing what the customers are undertaking. That would be fair.

Évi a legkedvesebb eladó, így van okom miért járjak az Alleba. I visited the toy store for the first time this week looking for a gift for my girlfriend’s little boy and the greatest joy I found here is the owner of my old favorite toy store I met again. Annual is the nicest seller, so I have a reason to go to Alleba.

Elf-et kerestünk és egyszer csak odalépett hozzám egy segítőkész hang és akkor láttam, hogy Évi az és pont azt a kiszolgálást kaptam amiért annyira szerettem régen az ő játékboltjába járni. Nem sokszor járok az Alléba de mostmár van újra miért. Szakértelem és kedvesség, ez az amit kaptam nálatok. Elfet nem, de azt javaslom beszerezni és ha még lehet egy kívánságom akkor a mesekönyvét is The Elf on the self. Sok sikert kívánok és ilyen csudi segítőkész eladókat. Thanks Provida for meeting the seller of my favorite toy store again. We were looking for an Elf and suddenly a helpful voice came up to me and then I saw that Évi is the one and I got exactly the service that I used to love going to his toy store so long ago. I don’t go to the Allé many times but now it’s why again. Expertise and kindness, that's what I got from you. Not an elf, but I suggest you get it and if you can still have a wish you can have his storybook The Elf on the self. I wish you a lot of success and such wonderful helpful sellers.
K	Kovács István on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soha többet nem rendelek innen, még akkor se, ha náluk tudnám a legolcsóbban megrendelni, amit szeretnék! Három hetet vártam, hogy a webshopjukon megrendelt termékeket megkapjam. Nem egyszer utánajárást kért a dolog, hogy most akkor beérkezett-e a rendelésem, tudják-e teljesíteni, van-e raktáron? (Szerintem nem volt, csak a weboldalon hazudták azt, hogy van). EGYETLEN egy nap volt szerintem az egész hónapban, amikorra kértem, hogy NE akkor kézbesítsék a már régóta várt csomagot! Erre csakazért is úgy időzítették a csomag-feladást, hogy pont azon a napon jött volna a futár, amikor esélyem se volt átvenni. Nem kevés telefonos utánajárást, és a futár türelmét és segítségét igényelte a dolog, hogy végül mégis megkaphassam aznap a csomagot. De mindez NEM A WEBSHOP ÉRDEME! A regisztrációmat is töröltetni fogom majd, mert biztos, hogy többet innen nem rendelek! Kedves Provida Játék, köszönöm a SEMMIT! Legközelebb tartsák meg maguknak! I will never order from here again, even if I could order the cheapest I want from them! I waited three weeks to receive the products ordered on their webshop. More than once the thing asked for a inquiry, is it now that my order has been received, can they fulfill it, is it in stock? (I don’t think it was, they just lied on the website that it was). I think there was ONE day in the whole month when I asked NOT to deliver the long awaited package then! The timing of the parcel delivery was such that the courier would have come on the very day when I didn't have a chance to pick it up. It took quite a few phone inquiries and the courier to have the patience and help to get the package that day anyway. But all this is NOT WORTH THE WEBSHOP! I will also cancel my registration because I am sure I will not order any more from here! Dear Provida Game, Thanks for NOTHING! Keep it to yourself next time!
I	István Frei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fiamnak egy bizonyos márka játékait szoktuk megvenni a boltban, és a múltkor csalódottan láttuk, hogy átrendezték, így a már kinézett játékot nem találtuk meg a helyén. A fiam próbálta elmagyarázni, hogy mit is keresünk és nagyon segítőkészek voltak az eladók, de sajnos sehogy sem találtuk. Remélhetőleg ez az átrendezés csak átmeneti, és megoldják ezt a problémát. My son used to buy toys from a certain brand in the store, and in the past we were disappointed to see that they had been rearranged so we couldn’t find the toy we already looked in place. My son tried to explain what we were looking for and the sellers were very helpful, but unfortunately we could not find it. Hopefully this rearrangement is only temporary and will solve this problem.

I love not having a plethora of games out there I meet in the store and the quality is super too! I always paralyze when I want to buy a gift for the kids.
