★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bolt nagyon szép és elegáns. Sajnos az eladók (legalábbis akikkel eddig én találkoztam a 7 vásárlási kísérletem alkalmával) nem illenek oda. Eddig egyetlen egyszer fordult elő, hogy visszaköszöntek, amikor bementem. Hagynak nyugodtan nézelődni, ugyanis észre sem veszik, hogy ott vagyok.
Szerencsére máshol is meg lehet vásárolni a Samsonite táskákat, mert ide nem szívesen mennék be még egyszer.
 The store is very nice and elegant. Unfortunately, the sellers (at least I've met so far in my 7 shopping attempts) don't fit in there. The only time I've ever seen me say goodbye is when I went in. They leave me to watch, because they don't even realize I'm there.
Fortunately, you can buy Samsonite bags elsewhere, because I wouldn't go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyegle,hozzá nem értő,ostobaságokat beszélő elado.Nem is értem hogy egy ilyen komoly multu ceg hogy alkalmazhat ilyen tudatlan embereket.Ketto ember a boltban az egyik nem ert semmihez ,a masik meg sem kerdezi hogy szeretnek e valamit.Komoly vasarlasi szandekkal mentem be,de mar a belepeskor lattam hogy teljesen remenytelen az egesz.Ki is jottem.Ide be nem teszem a labam többet.Senkinek nem ajanlom a helyet.
Nyegle, incompetent, talking nonsense for sale. I don't even understand that such a serious multu ceg that can employ such ignorant people. , but already at the time of my admission I saw that it was completely hopeless. I also came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it normal if I can wear their "secure backpack" only 1 specific way (regarding to customer service)? They thought I should have prepared before purchasing (and watch their videos) because all of their customers are satisfied. It seems I haven't right to complain about product design (warranty isn't cover that neither). I rather avoid this company in the future.
