★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizetés után közölték, hogy a teára 20 percet kell várni mert a pultban unatkozó eladók akkor jöttek rá hogy a teák összes alapanyaga elfogyott.
 After payment, they were told that they would have to wait 20 minutes for the tea because the bored sellers at the counter then realized that all the ingredients for the teas had run out.

I love R&D tea. The little skinny babe is a good head, she is always cheerful and she completes her orders quickly. I can only recommend it to everyone !!!! Keep it up!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love R&D tea but this one is just not it. They always messed up my order. I ordered several times through Netpincér cuz that was the closest one to my place; however, I always ended up disappointed though I had hoped it would be better.

i've always been satisfied with other shops but this one is just a mess.
I ordered there 3 times on Netpincér, since it's the closest one to me but they messed up all the 3 times.
The last one is the cherry on the cake, they sent me the "brown sugar bubble tea" but it was just cold milk.
( i also tried to order for takeaway at Aréna but this attempt failed thanks to the lovely lady behind the counter who was on her phone and acted like i was not there)
