★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praktikeres szállítás... Maguk nem szállítmányozó cég hanem egy adhoc szervező, elérhetetlen katasztrófák!
3x nem sikerül kiszállíani valamit, ami ki van fizetve, sofőr elérhetősége luxus, nagy nehezen majd önök hívják és nem hívják, se engem vissza, első körben fel se tették a kocsira... aztán valamelyik okos munkatársuk kezbesítettnek jelöli és ott áll a raktárban anélkül, hogy bárki is észrevenné... reggel 8 és 9ora között hiába hívom fel 12 és fel 1 között ismételten hiába... egy ember dolgozik a telefonnal vagy mi van??? szerencsétlen Ildikót már sajnálom... Fogyasztóvedelmi panaszt nyújtok be és a költségeim megtérítését fogom kérni, melyet a praktikernek megtett panaszok alapján 3. körben is nekem kellett intézkedni.

3x you can't deliver something that is paid for, the availability of a driver is luxury, it will be very difficult for you to call and not call me back, they didn't put me in the car in the first round ... that anyone would notice ... between 8 and 9 in the morning in vain I call again between 12 and 1 in vain ... a person is working with the phone or what ??? I'm already sorry for the unfortunate Ildikó ... I'm filing a consumer protection complaint and I'm going to ask for a refund of my costs, which I had to deal with in the 3rd round based on the complaints made to the practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We buyed something via internet that would be delivered via Raben. Via tracking we were able to see that the package would be delivered Yesterday. But no delivery took place no email, no phonecall none of that.
So i made an email myself en Raben Transport told me the package will be delivered today (also shown on the tracking site). We waited, waited and waited again.... no delivery, no email or phonecall. On top of that the site is telling we were not available. That was not true... So nothing ells to do than waiting again. Going to advice to seller to switch to a other transport company if they dont deliver a.s.a.p. because this is unacceptable
