Lazy, irresponsible, unreliable and jerk.

Every time I went to the shop and asked her about the progress, she told me she'll finish it in a week. I had to pay a reasonable amount of money (10000 ft) in advance, and by the end I was afraid I'll never have my pillows back. The end result was also a bit disappointing since one case was bigger than the other one. So maybe for small adjustments for your clothes it can be good, but for me unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience.
