T	Thrall985 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KBC-től váltottam. Ami szimpatikus az ingyenes számlavezetés, illetve magyar piacon aránylag kedvező kondíciós lista. Ügyfélszolgálat korrekt. Fejlődési potenciál viszont a felületek (netes ill mobilbróker - nem csak csúnya, de funkcionálisan is bőven van tér javítani). I switched from KBC. What is sympathetic is the free account management and the relatively favorable list of conditions on the Hungarian market. Customer service is fair. Development potential, on the other hand, is the interfaces (net or mobile broker - not only ugly, but also functionally with plenty of room to improve).

Ha valami UX/UI szempontból is használható kereskedési felületetek lenne, akkor bőven járna az 5 csillag, kérlek csináljatok egy normális mobil appot és egy online felületet. 2021-ben ez már nem is nagy költség, bőven megtérül :) Pricing is perfect, but there is still potential for development in the field of available ETFs and funds. If you had some UX / UI usable trading interfaces, 5 stars would be plentiful, please make a normal mobile app and an online interface. In 2021, this is no longer a big cost, it pays off a lot :)
j	jozsef varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyakorlatilag nem létezik az ügyfélszolgálat, telefonon elérhetetlenek, személyesen pedig nem engedtek be, mert nem volt előzetes időpont egyeztetve amit viszont telefonon lehet kérni. "Bizalomgerjesztő" szervezés. There is practically no customer service, they are not available by phone, and they were not allowed in person because there was no prior appointment, which can be requested by phone. "Confidence-building" organization.

Nem találtam egy részvényt a kínálatban, jeleztem ezen hiányomat az ügyfélszolgálatnak, másnapra már bent is volt a listában a kiszemelt darab. Na ez már "customer" service! Egyedüli kontra, hogy elavult a felület. Gépes még annyira nem vészes, de a telefonos applikációra valóban ráférne egy frissítés. Ezért mondjuk csillagot nem fogok levonni, mivel minden egyéb más szempontból totálisan megvagyok elégedve velük. One if not the best broker in Hungary. I recommend it to everyone from the beginning. I could not find a stock in the offer, I indicated this shortage to the customer service, the next day the selected piece was already on the list. This is "customer" service! The only downside is that the interface is outdated. Machine is not so dangerous yet, but the phone app would really fit an upgrade. That’s why I’m not going to draw stars, let’s say I’m totally happy with them in every other way.

M	Mili Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to make sure that foreigners can open an account and trade since it is noted that it is permitted on their website (even though the website is in Hungarian only!) and the lady who picked up the phone couldn't speak English and hanged up the phone on me and didn't picked up anymore. I would like to sincerely thank this lady for her heroic eyes opening act, to save me from trusting them with my money. How on earth am I supposed to trust such a company with my hard-earned money? I have decided to go with a trusted western, multinational company and couldn't be happier. Imagine the potentials for this company and Hungary in general, only if they changed their attitude and understood that the world does not revolve around them.
