J	József Csonka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos a hajóbérlés élményéről nem tudok nyilatkozni, mert konkrétan addig el se jutottunk. A megközelítés elég körülményes, a honlapon nincs részletesen leírva miképpen lehet gyalog vagy odatalálni, pedig egyáltalán nem egyértelmű, leginkább egy nem helyinek. A nehézségek miatt késve érkeztünk, próbáltuk ezt a jelenlevő úrnak jelezni, hogy táblákkal ezen azért lehetne segíteni. Erre csak annyit reagált hogy beszéljük meg mi a teniszpálya tulajdonosával! Annyit még tudni kell, hogy feldobox utalványt szerettünk volna beváltani, és ezzel kapcsolatban is felkészületlenséget tapasztaltunk, pár perc telefon pötyögés a kolléga által sikertelenül végződött és kénytelen voltam saját magam kikeresni és megmutatni, hogy mi az szolgáltatás amit a cég kínál az utalványon keresztül. Mindezek után megkaptam a bérleti szerződést, amelyen az szerepelt hogy óra 55kor kell visszaérni, és mindekkor már óra 15 volt, és ekkor még nem zárult le minden adminisztráció, és a csónak vezetéséhez szükséges eligazítást se kaptuk meg. A szerződés átolvasása után ezt a helyszínen lévő kollégának jeleztem, hogy a maradék idő nincs összhangban az utalványban foglalt 45 perccel. Sajnos a helyszíni kolléga semmilyen kompromisszumra nem volt hajlandó, sőt az általunk felvetett problémákra végül az volt a válasza hogy nem hajlandó nekünk a hajót kiadni bérlésre. Természetesen eddig a pontig már az utalvány ki lett töltve részéről, így jó eséllyel már azt se tudjuk máshol felhasználni. Az egyetlen pozitívum a telefonon elérhető kolléga kedvessége volt, aki többszöri megkeresés ellenére is türelmes volt. Amit javasolnék: egy egyszerű rajz a megközelítésből a honlapon, ez bizonyára segítség lenne másnak is. Illetve picivel több türelem és együttműködés a helyszíni kolléga részéről, és akkor most biztosan egy élménnyel teli csónak vezetésről tudnék értékelést írni. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the experience of renting a boat, because we did not get there specifically. The approach is quite cumbersome, the website does not describe in detail how to get there on foot, although it is not at all clear, mostly to a non-local. We arrived late because of the difficulties, we tried to signal this to the gentleman present that signs could help with this. All we responded to was to talk to the owner of the tennis court! All we need to know is that we wanted to redeem a toss-up voucher, and we also experienced unpreparedness in this regard, a few minutes of phone chattering by the colleague ended unsuccessfully and I was forced to find myself and show what service the company offers through the voucher. After all this, I received the charter, which stated that we had to return at 55 o'clock, and it was already 15 o'clock at the time, and by then all the administration had not been completed, and we had not received the briefing needed to drive the boat. After reading the contract, I indicated this to a colleague on the spot that the remaining time was not in line with the 45 minutes included in the voucher. Unfortunately, the colleague on the spot refused to make any compromises, and in the end the answer to the problems we raised was that he refused to rent us the boat. Of course, up to this point, the voucher has already been filled in on its part, so chances are we can't use it anywhere else. The only positive was the kindness of a colleague available on the phone who was patient despite repeated inquiries. What I would suggest: a simple drawing of the approach on the website, it would certainly help someone else as well. Or a little more patience and cooperation from a colleague on the spot, and then now I could definitely write an evaluation of driving an adventurous boat.

L	Luca Kenéz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az élmény tényleg szuper volt, de a szolgáltató sajnos abszolút nem barátságos és lekezelő stílusa van, többszöri telefonos egyeztetés után, a megbeszéltek ellenére sem tudtunk Szép kártyával fizetni mondván, hogy nem működik a terminál, ami érdekes volt, mert ezt nem jelezte előre és még meg is lepődött hogy ezzel szeretnénk fizetni, mintha nem így lenne hirdetve. Ahogy az út előtt amilyen stílus amiben közölte "hogyha tönkre tesszük a propellert azért ám mi fogjuk fizetni" , nem garantálta a jó hangulatot az elinduláskor.. Emiatt összességében kicsit csalódott érzéssel távoztunk... The experience was really great, but unfortunately the service provider has absolutely no friendly and condescending style, after several phone consultations, despite the discussions we could not pay with a nice card saying that the terminal does not work, which was interesting because it was not predicted and yet he was also surprised that we wanted to pay with this, as if it were not advertised in this way. As before the trip, the style in which he said "if we destroy the propeller but we will pay" did not guarantee a good mood at the start.
