F	Forgácsné Márti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyermekem erdei iskola keretében volt a "hotelben". Mikor hazaért, akkor látta, hogy otthagyott egy számára fontos tárgyat. A hotelnek első nap egy e-mailt írtam és háromszor hívtam őket. A harmadik telefonos jelzésemre/telefonszámom meghagyására hívták csak vissza és mondták, hogy megnézik a szobát. Másnap nem telefonáltak, én hívtam őket, de megint csak annyit tudtak mondani, hogy nem nézték meg a szobát, mert másnapra már ki is adták. Utána hívogattam őket párszor, de valahogy sohasem tudták felvenni a telefon, sem visszahívni. Utána ismételten e-mailt írtam, de nem érkezett rá válasz. A fentiek még 2017 májusában történtek, de a gyerekem a mai napig emlegeti az elveszett tárgyat. Kérdés, hogy volt-e takarítva a szoba, vagy csak kiadták a gyerekek távozását követően másnak? Hogy tudnak fennmaradni ilyen negatív hozzáállással? Nem ajánlom senkinek. My child was a forest school in the "hotel". When he got home, he saw that he had left an important object for him. I wrote an email to the hotel the first day and called them three times. My third phone call / phone number was only called back and they told me to look at the room. They didn't call the next day, I called them, but they could say again that they weren't looking at the room because they'd been released the next day. Then I called them a few times, but somehow they could never pick up the phone or call back. Then I wrote an e-mail again, but no response was received. The above happened in May 2017, but my child still mentions the lost item. The question was, was the room cleaned or just released after the children left for someone else? How can they survive with such a negative attitude? I don't recommend it to anyone.

Az ágyam rettentően nyikorgott, de a szoba, meglepő módon egész tiszta volt... Although I only spent one day there, I think they give huge portions of food, helpful and kind when we need anything. My bed was creaking terribly, but the room, surprisingly, was quite clean ...

Én ilyen koszos helyen sosem voltam még.(sátraztam már jó pár helyen) Pedig már ketszer is jartam két különböző rendezvényen itt, de többet nem szeretnék ott aludni. Az étel ehető volt. A programok jók voltak. De a szállás...én tényleg nem értem hogy hogy kérhetnek el ezért pénzt egyáltalán. Sajnálom. Véleményem szerint egy aranybánya lehetne. A táj fantasztikus. A Duna gyönyörű?? Kérem szépen, takarítsanak! ? The building is in a beautiful location. But it is neglected to the point of modesty. I've never been to such a dirty place. (I've been camping in quite a few places) I've been to two different events here twice, but I don't want to sleep there anymore. The food was edible. The programs were good. But the accommodation ... I really don't understand how they can make any money at all. I'm sorry. In my opinion, it could be a gold mine. The scenery is fantastic. The Danube is beautiful?? Please clean up! ?

G	Gábor Szabolcska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's start with the good thing: food is okay, dont expect very fancy stuff, but it is decent for the price. And that was all for the positive points. The place is kind of a time travel, most of the furnitures, rooms are in the same condition as it were in the 80s. If you planning a biketrip around the area it could be a choice for one night, but otherwise i would not recommend.
