Használtautót vásároltunk náluk (2014 Ford Mondeo), amikor kijött az autó rejtett hibája, hogy gond van az automata váltóval, teljesen elutasítóan állnak az ügyhöz, nem vállalják a kötelező szavatosságot. Az ügyvédjük szerint egy használtautónál teljesen rendbe van, hogy ha rossz a váltója, ügyfelét semmilyen felelősség nem terheli. Megcsináltatják a kocsit, a mi költségünkre. Az autó vételárát sem hajlandóak visszafizetni, minden megoldás elöl elzárkóznak. Csak addig jó az ügyfél, amíg fizet, bár a legtöbb alkalmazott a kocsi vételekor sem volt kedves. Reagálva a válaszra: A véleményem a cégről továbbra sem változott, továbbra sem ajánlanám senkinek. Az eredeti véleményt még az ügy lezárta előtt írtam, azóta valóban lezárult az ügy és az ő költségükre megjavíttatuk az autót, de ez nem összekeverendő a kárpótlással/kártérítéssel, hanem a Békéltető Testület által kiszabott mértékben a tövényi előírásoknak megfelelően érvényesíthettük a jótállást egy csomó utánajárás után. Die Abwicklung war für ungarische Verhältnisse unkompliziert und flott, Zulassung und Versicherung wurde ebenfalls geregelt. Die erste Inspektion wurde auch termingerecht und flott durchgeführt. Für Sonderwünsche hat mal ein offenes Ohr und setzt diese auch durchaus preiswert um. Alles in allem ein sehr kundenfreundliches Geschäft, welches ich gerne weiter empfehle!
