★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittwoch Service mit kompl. Kontrolle und Navigation lasse Auto bis Freitag stehen. Donnerstag abholung, Kosten über 316000 HUF inkl. DVD. Navigations DVD Ost muss noch bestellt werden, kommt Mittwoch, nochmals von Görgeteg nach Kaposvar, falsche DVD, West anstatt Ost, da ich am Samstag Abend in die Schweiz fahren muss und anschliessend nach Kroatien dringend bis Freitag richtige DVD. Am Freitag neue DVD aber kein Service zum Runterladen, zu Hause probiert, funktioniert nicht, telefoniert, "heute keine Zeit" gefragt nach deutsch sprechenden Kolegen, heute geht es nicht und Telefon aufgehängt.
Sehr teuren Service aber keine Kundenfreundlichkeit, nach 4 x Görgeteg Kaposvar ( 300 km Fahrten umsonst) lasse ich mir die DVD in einer anderen VW Werkstatt runterladen.
Wollte eigentlich auf nächstes Jahr den neuen VW ID Buzz, teuerste Ausführung, als Multivan Nachfolger als 2. Wagen nebst Tesla MX bestellen, aber ich werde bei so einer Kundenfreundlichkeit lieber bei einer anderen Marke bestellen.
 Wednesday service with compl. Control and navigation leave the car until Friday. Collection on Thursday, costs over 316,000 HUF including DVD. Navigation DVD East still has to be ordered, comes Wednesday again from Görgeteg to Kaposvar, wrong DVD, West instead of East, because I have to go to Switzerland on Saturday evening and then urgently to Croatia until Friday a real DVD. New DVD on Friday but no download service, tried it at home, didn't work, made a phone call, "no time today" asked for German-speaking colleagues, today it doesn't work and the phone hung up.
Very expensive service but no customer friendliness, after 4 x Görgeteg Kaposvar (300 km trips for free) I have the DVD downloaded from another VW workshop.
I actually wanted to order the new VW ID Buzz, the most expensive version, as a Multivan successor as a 2nd car next to the Tesla MX for next year, but I will prefer to order from another brand if it is so customer-friendly.

Be kellett menni, konkretizálni a dolgot!(Balatontól tartottunk hazafelé, nem 'szalon' öltözékben voltunk jobb lett volna kint intézkedni????)

We had to go in, concretize the thing! (We were on our way home from Lake Balaton, we wouldn't have been better off taking action outside in a 'salon' outfit????)
Well ... It could be the protocol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap autó vásárlási szándékkal tértünk be. A Skodánál és a Volkswagennél nagyon udvarias, hozzáértő és segítőkész személyzet volt, a Seat -hoz be sem tudtunk menni, minden ajtó zárva volt 11 óra körül. Ennyit erről.
We arrived yesterday with the intention of buying a car. Skoda and Volkswagen had very polite, knowledgeable and helpful staff, we couldn’t even get in with Seat, every door was closed around 11am. That's all about that.
