Sem telefonon, sem e-mail üzenetben. Szemelyesen kellett elmenni, hogy letartóztatásból visszahozzák. Unfortunately, I was enriched by negative experiences. You will not be able to reach the dealership / service for 3 weeks due to the stored winter tires and their equipment. Neither by phone nor by email. B	Bálint Réthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy családtag vitte el ide olajcserére és éves karbantartásra az autónkat. Az előzetes ajánlathoz képest a telefonban említett árak már jelentősen megugrottak. Az egyéb felmerülő cseréket nem kértük emiatt, az autót viszont felszakított kézifék takaró burkolattal kaptuk vissza. Amint észleltem a hibát jeleztem a szerviz felé, ők pedig tagadtak mindent, szerintük a családtagom szakította fel a borítást... de szívesen segítenek a visszarögzítésben, ha a rögzítő fülek nincsenek eltörve. Eleget segítettek, keresünk más, megbízható szerelőt. Senkinek nem ajánlom őket, lehúzós, nem korrekt banda. A family member took our car here for an oil change and annual maintenance. Compared to the preliminary offer, the prices mentioned in the phone have already jumped significantly. No other replacements were requested due to this, but the car was returned with a broken parking brake cover. As soon as I noticed the error I signaled it to the service and they denied everything, they think my family member broke the cover ... but they are happy to help with the reconnection if the securing tabs are not broken. They've helped enough, we're looking for another reliable technician. I don’t recommend them to anyone, scratchy, not a fair band.

Ha Renault-d van akkor nem rossz szerviz viszont ha Renault-t akarsz venni akkor gondold át mégegyszer! Clio nem lehet csalódás de a többi ár értékben sajnos már nem versenyképes! The usual quality in terms of service! The brand is no longer so convincing! Price-quality has unfortunately slipped! If you have a Renault, it's not bad service, but if you want to buy a Renault, think again! Clio should not be disappointed but the rest of the price is unfortunately no longer competitive!
