A telefonon való időpont kérés kB 30 perc mire el lehet érni egy kezelt. 800 menü pontba kell bemenni mire nagy nehezen sikerül egy emberrel beszélni. A kedves hölgy hozzá nem értése miatt egy hetet csúszik az el intézendő papírjaim. Mivel rossz helyre adta az időpontot be sem tudtam menni hogy meg beszéljen az ügyintézővel. Volt időpontom, de az az elmebeteg őr nem engedett be! Egy elmebeteg fontoskodó őr pattogott az ajtóban nem engedett be és meg is lökött! Nagyon remélem hogy ki rúgják! A szóváltásra egy másik őr is ki jött és az ügyintéző, de hiába nem ért semmit. Csak mondta a be magolt szöveget. Parkolás lehetetlen csak a Tesco parkolóban vagy a házak között. Mindenki ha teheti kerülje el ezeket mert semmit sem érnek!!!!! Amit lehet inkább interneten keresztül intézze mindenki mert a a személyes ügyfél fogadás katasztrófa!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. 0. the administration. 0. the date request. I hope they close this place soon. The phone's time request is kB for 30 minutes before you can reach a managed one. You have to go into 800 menu items before you have a hard time talking to a person. Due to the incompetence of the dear lady, my papers are slipping a week. Since he gave the date in the wrong place, I couldn’t even go in to talk to the clerk. I had a date, but that mentally ill guard wouldn’t let me in! A mentally ill caring guard bounced in the doorway not letting him in and pushing him! I really hope they get fired! Another guard came out for the hassle and the clerk, but in vain he understood nothing. He just said the text. Parking is only possible in the Tesco car park or between the houses. Everyone if you can avoid these because they are worth nothing !!!!! What you might prefer is to arrange for everyone via the internet because of a personal customer betting disaster !!!!!

A jól működő csepeli ügyfélszolgálatukat szó nélkül megszüntették. Az erzsébeti ügyfélszolgálaton műszaki kérdésekre nem tudnak választ adni, de a nyomtatványokat továbbítják a központba, ahonnan rossz adatokkal kiszámolt árajánlatot küldenek. 10 éve ez még egy jól működő cég volt. Hadoválnak azzal, hogy csak időpontos ügyfeleket fogadnak, közben meg az online idopont foglalás helyen egy klíma reklám van csak, telefonon 50 perc várakozás után sem lehet időpontot foglalni. A helyszínen szerepel egy 19:00-s zárás, de egy 20:00-s is... azt se tudják mikor zárnak be. A várakozásom közben, egy mellettem várakozó hölgynek a biztonsági őr szó szerint a földre dobta a számla kimutatását, majd visszazárta az ajtót. Felfoghatatlan arogánsan, bicskanyitogató stílusban kezeltek minket.... szégyen... Üzenem az irodában dolgozóknak, ha nem tetszik a munkájuk, és utálják az ügyfeleket, mondjanak fel, es keressenek máshol munkát, DE ne az ügyfeleken töltsék ki a kiseredetségüket! PATHY PLACE!
