★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adnak egy telefonszámot, ami állandóan foglalt. Amennyiben kicseng, akár 10-et is, senki nem veszi fel. Pedig a megadott időben hívja az ember. Természetesen máshogyan időponthoz nem jut az ember, csak egy ő általuk "elérhető" telefonszámon. Nem tudom, hogy ezen mit nevezünk ellátásnak? Elég kellemetlen, pláne, ha fizetjük a TB-t. ?
They give you a phone number that is constantly busy. If it rings, even 10, no one will pick it up. Yet one calls at the given time. Of course, otherwise one does not get an appointment, only on a phone number "available" to them. I don't know what we call care on this? It's pretty uncomfortable, especially if we pay for TB. ?
