★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pénteken vàsàroltam egy ruhàt ami a varràsnàl lyukas volt,sajnos csak otthon vettem észre.Hétfőn visszavittem,nem volt a méretben màsik és meg sem tudjàk nèzni melyik üzletükben van esetleg mert nem jó a rendszer.A ruha àràt visszautaljàk ami 3-4nap az újat viszont amit megrendelnek nekem azt azonnal fizessem ki,gondolom az is pàr nap míg megérkezik.Ez mennyire vevőközpontú eljàràs? Nagyon nagy csalódàs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyár elején, még a leárazás előtt mintha kongana az üzlet az ürességtől…mármint ruhák tekintetében, és látszatra vásárló sem volt túl sok. Ehhez kèpest a pénztárnál hosszú sor volt akkor is, amikor betértem az üzletbe és akkor is, amikor fizetni szerettem volna (a kettő között eltelt vagy fél óra). A próbafülkében rendetlenség és főleg akkora kosz, mintha már napok óta nem takarítottak volna ?
At the beginning of the summer, even before the discount, the store seemed to be out of emptiness… meaning clothes, and there weren't too many shoppers. There was a long line at the checkout for this, even when I got into the store and when I wanted to pay (or half an hour between the two). Clutter in the booth and especially as much dirt as if it hadn't been cleaned in days ?
