★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hazai legrosszabb szolgáltató méltó partnere. Több órás sor, tájékozatlan, rosszindulatú, vagy kezdő alkalmazottak előnytelen szerződésekkel felszerelve. Számlázni csak a fogyasztó kárára tudnak. Szerződést személyesen hétvégén felmondani csak fenyegetőzés után tudnak rendkívüli eljárásban. Panaszt nem vesznek fel, az ügyfélszolgálat órán túl liftzenét szolgáltat, a weboldal négy böngészővel sem tudja a panaszt bejelentő weboldal linkjét.
Ha sóval hintenénk fel a cég összes helyszínét, az sem kárpótolná az ügyfelek elvesztegetett idejét.
 It is a worthy partner of the worst service provider in Hungary. A multi-hour queue, uninformed, malicious, or novice employees equipped with unfavorable contracts. They can only bill to the detriment of the consumer. They can only terminate a contract in person on weekends after an threat in an emergency. No complaint is received, the customer service provides lift music for more than an hour, the website does not know the link to the website reporting the complaint with four browsers.
Sprinkling salt on all of the company’s locations wouldn’t make up for the time wasted by customers.

But They said I can't, I need to call service center.
I called service center.
But I haven't received call for 3 weeks.
So I went to westend vodafone.
Then I could cancel mobile phone in 20 mins.
This Duna Plaza don't their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really terrible experience for me. I was waiting for my call over an hour for prepaid simcard (for foreigners) and all of them couldn't speak English and not so kind. I've been to many Vodafone shops in Budapest but here was the worst one.
