On the recommendation of a dear friend of ours, and then looking for the above-mentioned company on the Internet, we personally visited the showroom in Debrecen to buy a mattress. Order, cleanliness and a very kind seller (Anita Csík) greeted us in their shop, who presented the mattresses with endless patience and conscientiousness. He told me about their benefits, showed me the mattress protectors and covers. We tried several products and finally decided on a 180x200 ONYX 24 ZEN mattress. After paying the deposit, we received the mattress together with the mattress protectors on the 4th working day. The delivery of the two young people was also very willing, the mattress was brought in and placed in the bed frame after unfolding, which was a big help as my husband was operated on with a disc herniation and could not lift it. Well, among the company’s products, everyone can find a mattress that matches their ideas. It is clear that a higher price represents a higher quality. Nobody wants to buy a lifelong mattress for "little money"… Sellers are skilled and can help buyers with the right idea. For example, when buying a mattress, it does not hurt to be aware of our own weight, sleeping habits (rotation), etc.… The premium grade mattress I bought for my son nearly five months ago makes his bedtime / wear invisible. What I might complain about is that the advertised on our website “Our company undertakes to make and report the mattresses ordered in person in our showrooms in any size, with any cover within 72 hours” is a bit misleading… In this case, one gets the impression that one will have a mattress in 4 days…. It took 11 days between ordering and commissioning, and it is a fact (I also realized myself afterwards) that the promise was not promised otherwise, and although the order was “knocked on” in the showroom.

The custom-made bed was delivered in a beautiful, timely, correct manner. Unfortunately, one of the springs in the bedding holder popped out, I also reported the error in the e-mail on the page, I got an answer, but the complaint process is so complicated and incomprehensible that I will give it up and use it with a half spring - obviously I can't send the bed back due to a spring for repair.
