Évek óta használom a matracot amit méretre készítettek és teljesen elégedett vagyok. The mattresses are very well priced, so I was wondering if it was going to be at the expense of quality. But not. Szerettem volna bankkártyával fizetni, de a pécsi üzletben erre nem volt lehetőség. Ez segítené a könnyebb fizetést.

A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat és a kommunikáció a részlegek között nagyon rossz tapasztalatokat adott! 5 alkalommal kellett hívni, beszélni a számlázási részleggel, mire sikerült átküldeni a kért email címre a számla dokumentumát. A megígért visszahívás nem valósult meg több alkalommal sem... Ez a procedúra 3 hetet vett igénybe... The service, expertise and attitude in the showroom are excellent! Telephone customer service and communication between departments was a very bad experience! It was necessary to call and talk to the billing department 5 times before the invoice document could be sent to the requested email address. The promised recall did not materialize more than once ... This procedure took 3 weeks ...
