★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hely lehetne csodálatos is, mint a fotón. De én nem ilyennek láttam. Koncertet látogatni mentem decemberben. Nagykabátban ült a közönség, és átfagyottan távozott. Egyetlen, régi típusú, kicsi fűtőtest volt felszerelve, de az sem működött. A vakolat omlik mindenhol, a falak áznak, szocreál átalakítások nyomai mindenütt, a wc meg... azt hagyjuk! Borzalmas! Többé nem megyek.
The place could be amazing as well as in the photo. But I didn't see it that way. I went to a concert in December. The audience sat in a big coat and left frozen. Not a single old type small radiator was installed, but it didn't work either. The plaster is crumbling everywhere, the walls are soaking, traces of social realization are everywhere, the toilet is ... we leave it! Terrible! I'm not going anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A története még érdekesebb. Ez volt a Ganz-Mávag lakótelepének kultúrháza, később az 1980-as években a hírhedt "fekete lyuk" alter bulihely. Ma pedig valamilyen egyházi szervezet működteti.
His story is even more interesting. It was the cultural center of the Ganz-Mávag housing estate, later the infamous "black hole" alter party in the 1980s. Today it is run by some church organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az emeleti bálterem nagyon szép! A földszinti tornaterem is pont a funkciójának és kihasználtságának megfelelő. Korábbi lehúzós vélemény Szabó Borcsától azért sem állja meg a helyét, mert nem a fotókon látszó emeleti díszteremben volt, hanem a kisebb használaton kívüli tornateremben ahova egy ingyenes "mezítlábas" koncertre ment. Komolyan mit várunk még?
The upstairs ballroom is very nice! The downstairs gym is also suitable for its function and utilization. Earlier pulling out of opinion did not stand for Borcsa Szabó because he was not in the hall on the floor looking up in the photos, but in the smaller unused gym where he went for a free "barefoot" concert. What are we waiting for?
