What they could not solve, they did. Their experts are fair, honest and polite. They have maintained our boiler for about 3 years and our experiences are very positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Három hónapra előre kell szólni egy kötelező jótállási felülvizsgálatért, ráadásul a telefonokat "kezelő" hölgy, még fel van háborodva, ha ezt nem tudtad. Ez így nem szolgáltatás!
You have to give three months' notice for a mandatory warranty review, and the lady who handles the phones is even outraged if you didn't know. This is not a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az éves kazán ellenőrzést mindig velük csináltattuk, erre egy decemberben felmerülő problémára ki sem akartak jönni. Találtam mást, aki a problémát másnap kijavította. Szolgáltatás 0. Lecseréltük ezeket, kerülendők!
We've always done the annual boiler inspection, and they didn't want to come up with a problem in December. I found someone who fixed the problem the next day. Service 0. We have replaced these, avoid them!
