★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guy on the entrance was rude. However when I got inside the store representative was really nice. Not much in stock, lady datejusts only. Sub and day-date for exhibition purposes.
They have a waiting list however it’s for locals only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendliest staff out of all AD's i have been to. Mr Radovan took care of us and let us feel really special. Knowledge, friendliness it's their signature. Proper relationship building with customer, respect for that.
As with all Rolex boutiques there is no to little stock, but they can tell you no or put you on a list (best case scenario) with kindness, which nowadays with Rolex AD's is not a case. I managed to get on a list for my dream piece. Looking forward to receiving that call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I walked in the store with no expectations, because the AD`s in Vienna and Bratislava told us it is almost impossible to stumble on a watch we were looking for. And to our great surprise it was in the window of Budapest Rolex store, and it was for sale. We were thrilled, and the staff was exceptional!! Great service, extremely friendly, a truly great Rolex experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The art of saying No. Courteous staff. Must have thousands of requests. Store policy is to reserve watches for locals first. Also big negative, no tax refund for tourists effectively telling visitors to shop elsewhere. At the time, only 1 ladies 28 gold available in store. Did I get that with that policy enforced? But as I said, courteous and respectful staff. He just said no, nicely.
