G	GAB CHUN KIM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop on 30th of December 2019. Me and my girlfriend bought a set of Montblanc wallet and keychain. We have waited for tax refund document for 10-15mins in total. We went to the airport and visited to the tax refund office and the officer gave stamp for 8 documents out of 9, except the one that we get from Luxury Watches Budapest. You guys gave us the copy one, not the original one. We couldn't apply for the tax refund as we could not go back to the shop as we were leaving in 2hours.. Please give me your contact detail where I can send my evidence. I need some action from you guys at least to cover the amount of tax refund with a sincere apology.

The staff took time and did not want to give out. Unable to withstand rudeness, I left with nothing. Wish to management of shop looking better how your workers talks to clients who pain to you!!!!

We really enjoyed his service and I ended buying a watch. Thanks peter , will definitely recommend this place to friends

My battery died as soon as I got in town, so I came in for a watch battery enter shop while I waited. Sales staff at the front retail portion of the store was extremely rude. Service department didn’t have time for me and over quoted for a simple battery and service.

We were plesantly surprised and mainly because of lovely staff “Niki” as her watch knowledge was really spot on. We had a great time talking about watches with her and felt very welcome. Lovely store, nice sellection and excellent customer service.
