★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy kedves ismerősöm lakik ebben a "luxus környezetben", ahol első látszatra minden csillog-villog...de a valóságban ez közel sincs így!
A recepción ülők arra sem méltatják az embert, hogy köszönjenek, csak igen ritkán. Az ott élő lakók többnyire felsőbbrendű lénynek képzelik magukat, akik szintén nem sűrűn köszönnek vagy kommunikálnak az emberrel.
Maga a komplexum kellemes kertes és medencei övezettel rendelkezik, de pl. a lakások erkélyeinek járófelülete pár év alatt romos állapotba került. Elázott, elkopott, és több helyen jönnek fel az elemei.
A szúnyoghálós ajtók darabokban vannak, pedig a tulaj mindenre nagyon vigyáz!!
Amennyiben ingatlant készülnék bérelni vagy vásárolni a Rómain, biztosan nem a Római Terrasse-t választanám!! ??
A dear acquaintance of mine lives in this "luxury environment" where at first glance everything shimmers ... but in reality it's nowhere near that!
Those sitting at the reception don’t even appreciate greeting, only very rarely. The inhabitants who live there mostly imagine themselves to be superior beings who also do not greet or communicate with man frequently.
The complex itself has a pleasant garden and pool area, but e.g. the walking area of the balconies of the apartments was in a dilapidated state in a few years. Its elements are soaked, worn out, and come up in several places.
The mosquito net doors are in pieces, although the owner takes great care of everything !!
If I were to rent or buy a property in Rome, I would definitely not choose Rome Terrasse !! ??
