Ha bemész, flegmán közölnek veled dolgokat, a legnagyobb szívszakadásuk az, ha nem veszel náluk semmit, csak bemész nézelődni. Megtörtént dolgok alapján állíthatom, hogy néha még abba is belekötnek, ha a kiállított tesztereket próbálgatod. A biztonsági őr hölgy van, hogy alaptalanul követ mindenhova, szemet vet rád, sugallja, hogy "gyanús" vagy, miközben csak nézelődni szeretnél nyugodtan. Ha nem tetszik a lekezelő stílusuk, akkor átirányítanak az egyik közel lévő drogériába (nem egy másik Rossmann), hogy akkor vásárolj ott nyugodtan, mert nekik kereskedelmi szektorban dolgozók révén sincsen képességük ahhoz, hogy tisztelettel kommunikáljanak a vásárlókkal. Száz szónak is egy a vége: néha normálisak is, de sokszor kellemetlen még bemenni is az ilyen mozzanatok okából.
In my experience, it is one of the most daunting places in the city! When you go in, they tell you things phlegmatically, their biggest heartbreak is if you don’t buy anything from them, you just go in to look. Based on things that have happened, I can say that sometimes they even get involved in trying out the testers on display. The security guard lady is there to follow you unjustifiably everywhere, look you in the eye, suggest that you are "suspicious" while you just want to look at it calmly. If you don’t like their handling style, you will be redirected to one nearby drugstore (not another Rossmann) so you can shop there in peace because they don’t have the ability to communicate with customers respectfully through those working in the commercial sector. A hundred words have one end: sometimes they are normal, but many times it is even unpleasant to go in because of such moments.
