It’s awful how long the queuing time is. If the person does not arrive on time, there is no chance of him finishing within 1 hour. It doesn't matter which day or time of day you arrive ☹️

Mekanı da öyle güzel döşemişler ki insan içeride sıra beklerken huzur buluyor. Banka mantığıyla çalışmaları da ayakta sıra beklememek adına güzel bir yöntem olmuş bence.
I cannot compare with other telecommunication companies, but the company that has conquered my heart with friends who speak English and German. They have furnished the place so beautifully that people find peace while waiting in line. I think it was a good way to not wait in line with the bank.
