Z	Zsinka Juli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katasztrofális kiszolgálás, másodosztályú csempéből rendeltem 7 dobozt, első körben úgy akarták kiszállítani, hogy egy raklapra felpakolták a csempéket egyesével (nem dobozban), és a kiszállító nem volt hajlandó elhozni a ház ajtajához (ahogyan azt egyébként telefonon előzetesen egyeztettük), hanem azt akarta, hogy a fél utcával odébb leparkolt autó platójáról én vegyem le a raklapot és én vigyem el a házig, úgyhogy végül első körben nem vettem át a csempéket. Majd második körben egyeztettem a céggel, hogy dobozokban hozzák ki, ha már ugye hét dobozt rendeltem, de arra nem számítottam, hogy beledobálják a csempéket öt teljesen random méretű dobozba, amik közül az egyik kb 20 kilós, a másik meg 50, és azt vágják hozzám. Úgyhogy sajnos nem derült ki, hogy például a megrendelt mennyiséget kaptam-e. Senkinek nem ajánlom, igazi balkáni pitiánerkedés megy náluk. Az persze fel sem vetődött, hogy legalább a kiszállítás árát visszatérítsék... Catastrophic service, I ordered 7 boxes of second-class tiles, in the first round they wanted to deliver them by loading the tiles on a pallet one by one (not in a box) and the supplier refused to bring them to the door of the house (as we agreed in advance by phone), but wanted that I would take the pallet off the platform of the car parked half a street away and take it to the house, so in the end I didn’t take over the tiles in the first round. Then, in the second round, I arranged with the company to take it out in boxes, if I had already ordered seven boxes, but I did not expect the tiles to be thrown into five completely random-sized boxes, one of which weighed about 20 pounds and the other 50, and cut it. Shall I bring it. So unfortunately it was not clear if I had received the ordered quantity, for example. I would not recommend it to anyone, they have a real Balkan pit loving. Of course, it was not even suggested that at least the price of delivery be refunded ...
