Mivel sajnos nem én mentem a termékért ezt nem tudtam kifogásolni, majd beletörődtem az eltérő színbe, hiszen így is szép a termék. Emellett kedves, rugalmas és segítőkész volt az eladó. A vásárolt termékeket előre kifizettem bankkártyával, a rendelésről visszaigazoló e-mailt nem kaptam. 1 hét múlva érdeklődtem a rendelésről, választ nem kaptam. Pár nap múlva hozta a futár a csomagot, azonban újra ki kellett volna fizetnem, ezért nem vettem át. Azóta eltelt újabb egy hét, telefont nem veszik fel, üzenetekre nem reagálnak. Talán ha a fogyasztóvédelemmel fenyegetőzök történik valami... A legjobb, hogy mindeközben a facebook oldalukon szinte naponta posztolnak, és bíztatják az embereket a vásárlásra. They are unavailable both by phone and email / message. I paid for the purchased products in advance with a credit card, I did not receive an e-mail confirming the order. After 1 week I inquired about the order, I did not receive a reply. The courier brought the package a few days later, but I should have paid it again, so I didn’t pick it up. Another week has passed since then, they don’t pick up the phone, they don’t respond to messages. Maybe if I threaten consumer protection something happens ... Best of all, meanwhile, they post on their facebook page almost daily and encourage people to shop.
