Korrektség, precizitás, teljeskörűségre való törekvés jellemzi Őket, mindemellett végtelenül udvarias és kedves emberek. Az én 6 éves mosógépem elsőre nem tudván, váratlanul 100 sebből vérzett, az összes sebét begyógyították olyan korrekt áron, hogy hálával tartozom érte. Számukra valóban fontos, hogy jó munkát végezzenek. Jó érzést és szép munkát hagynak maguk mögött !!! Az Úr akivel beszéltem megkért, hogy küldjem el a készülék típus és szériaszámát, ami alapján talán tudnak alkatrészt rendelni. Felhívta rá a figyelmemet ugyan, hogy mivel régi a készülék, nem biztos, hogy még gyártanak hozzá alkatrészt. A fotókat el is küldtem azonnal de hiába vártam választ, nem jött 4 napig. Ekkor felhívtam Őket,de azt a választ kaptam, hogy Ők is válaszra várnak, legyek türelemmel. Ez volt szeptember 29-én és azóta is várok mosógép használat nélkül. Ma november 15. van. I visited the service center in September of this year because my washing machine failed. The Lord I spoke to asked me to send me the type and serial number of the device so they might be able to order a part. He drew my attention to the fact that since the device is old, it is not certain that a part is still being manufactured for it. I even sent the photos immediately but in vain I waited for an answer, it didn't come for 4 days. I called them then, but I got the answer that They are waiting for an answer, too, be patient. It was on September 29th and I have been waiting since using the washing machine. It's November 15th.

Egy várható javítási költségről is tájékoztattak, melyből a kiszállási díj levonásra kerül, ha a javítás mellett döntök. Megbeszélt időpontban elvitték a mosógépet és az igért határidőn belül el is készült, és a számomra legmegfelelőbb időpontban hozták vissza.(esti órákban) .Profi szerviz, tisztelettudó csapat, a fő hibán kívül teljeskörűen átnézték és javították a mosógépet gratisban. 6 hónap jótállást vállalnak a javításra :) Csak ajánlani tudom Őket ! Very fast, precise work. The washing machine could not be repaired locally unfortunately, but the fault was assessed on disembarkation. I have also been informed of an expected repair cost from which the disembarkation fee will be deducted if I opt for the repair. The washing machine was taken away at the agreed time and it was completed within the promised time and brought back at the most convenient time for me (in the evening). They offer a 6 month warranty for repairs :) I can only recommend them!

Ezt a Premier Szervíz 15 perc alatt megoldotta, csak őket ajánlom! Fast, accurate, precise, expert, reliable. Many other mechanics did not come out to the District V address, they did not want to struggle, they literally said so. Premier Service solved this in 15 minutes, I only recommend them!
V	Vivien Árki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek!!! A Zanussi mosógépünknek letörött a fogantyúja még decemberben. Felhívtam a szervízt és másnap már akartak is jönni szerelni. Nem voltunk otthon, de nagyon rugalmasak voltak. Teljesen alkalmazkodtak a mi ritmusunkhoz és akkor jöttek percre pontosan, amikor mi ráértünk. Nagyon gyors és nagyon szép munkát végeztek! Arról nem is beszélve, hogy a szerelés költsége is nagy jó árban volt! Mindenkinek ajánlom! Én már csak őket fogom hívni! I highly recommend it to everyone !!! Our Zanussi washing machine broke the handle back in December. I called the service and they wanted to come and assemble the next day. We weren’t home, but they were very flexible. They fully adapted to our rhythm and came to the minute exactly when we got to it. They did a very fast and very nice job! Not to mention that the cost of installation was also a great price! I recommend to everyone! I'm just going to call them!

Új gépet veszünk. De minden lehetőséget megpróbált, de sajnos az Olasz technika végleg megadta magát (ezen mondjuk nem lepődök meg). Telefonon egyeztettünk, előre szólt ha jön, délután is kedves segítőkész, eső sem zavarta, fel le rohangált a belvárosi bérház lépcsőházában a kocsijához alkatrészekért. Nem kívánok rosszabb szerelőt soha. A bojler maffiától eltekintve a 9000Ft költség első körben nevetségesen alacsony. A sikertelen munka után sem fogadott el pénzt, amit így az új gépre költöttünk. Mindig pontos összeget mondott, és beismerte, hogy nem tudja megjavítani. Nem hibáztatom, a gép egy szarkupac. Ha valaha mosógépszerelőre lenne szükségem újra őt/őket hívnám. Ajánlom! I never wish for a worse mechanic. Apart from the boiler mafia, the cost of HUF 9,000 is ridiculously low in the first round. Even after the failed work, he did not accept the money we spent on the new machine. He always said the exact amount and admitted he couldn’t fix it. I don't blame you, the machine is a pile of shit. If I ever needed a washing machine mechanic I would call him / them again. I recommend!
