Ismet felhivva oket mar csak homalyos magyarazatot meg egy email akartak adni. NB az ugyintezo szerint a HP uzletagat adta el a Samsung. Az ilyenre mondjak, h fogalmatlan. A legutolsó hívásom betette a kiskaput, amikor azzal jöttek, hogy nem is találkoztak a bejelentésemmel. A probléma ugyanis az, hogy még visszaigazolókat is kaptam, hogy köszönik a bejelentésemet..
