Adtam egy újabb esélyt a boltnak,de mai tapasztalat alapján felesleges volt Webes rendelés átvétel a normális 3perc helyett 30percet vett igénybe.Két eladó közül csak egyik kasszázik.Hiába áll az ember be egy másik úr mögé akinek éppen eladnak,új sort nyitnak és nem szolgálnak ki.De őket ez nem zavarja,hogy miért áll egy ember a pult előtt hosszú ideje. Biztos értenek ahhoz akit eladnak bár ez nekem sose derült ki. De kedvesség,segítőkészség nulla Válaszukra reagálnék.Ilyen se volt,hogy meghazudtoljanak.Nem ártana az értö olvasás.Egy másik úr mögé álltam be a kasszába! Ténferegni mert azért voltam kénytelen mert senki nem volt a kasszában.Munkaszervezés nem az én feladatom,de látszik nem az a cél,hogy ne legyen többek közt tumultus a kasszánál hanem amit aznap elöre eldöntünk ki fog kasszázni. Máshol nem probléma a szombati nap és igen megoldható,megoldják,hogy egy webes rendelést 3perc alatt át lehessen venni. I bought an hour last time, but it was already just coming to me. Túra és futózoknit vettem, professzionális segítséget kaptam, látszott hogy értik a dolgukat, nem beszélve az elképesztően széles választékról. 3.) A zoknikat (körültekintéssel) felpróbálhattam, ami óriási segítség volt, mivel nem a legolcsóbbak közül válogattam. 4.) Egy óra válogatás után valamivel zárás után távoztam ebből nem csináltak problémát. Összegezve: Széles a választék, értenek a dolgukhoz, tapasztalatból beszélnek és nagyon segítőkészek. 1.) I was allowed to redeem my expired gift cards. (I checked their validity). 2.) I bought a tour and running socks, I got professional help, they seemed to understand their stuff, not to mention the amazingly wide selection. 3.) I was able to try on socks (with care), which was a huge help as I didn’t pick one of the cheapest. 4.) An hour after sorting, I left shortly after closing it didn't make a problem. In summary: They have a wide selection, they understand what they are doing, they speak from experience and they are very helpful.

I bought a pair of Hoka One One hiking shoes and like them so much we returned and got a pair for my wife. The customer service is top knotch (a rarity in these parts) and english is spoken well and confidently if needed. Cannot recommend more for your outdoor needs.
