Professional hairdressers in the heart of the city. Barbara cut my hair before, unfortunately she has now changed profession, and recommended Franciska. Both are very kind.

I’m very sad to write a negative feedback . However I’m here to help others as I have been a victim of this ‘ place ‘ as I visited ‘ hair by Easter boni’ she says- professional - hairdresser AND SHE ENTIRELY RUINED MY HAIR ! I have visited her last week on the 9April 2019 and she convinced me that she is the ‘right ‘person to do my hair. Furthermore , she said that she an expert of blonde hairs. Overall I’m very very disappointed.- I had to stay there from 10 am to 6 pm in the evening !!- no refreshments NOT even a bottle of water was provided by her or the rest of the staff . They kept talking about me behind my back and a couple of hours later her mood has suddenly changed she kept moaning about how tired she is and that ‘ she can’t take it anymore ‘ it is a lot of work . ( even though my hair is only 20 cm long ) On the top of this she also ruined my hair ; she bleached it then toned it and my hair was so orange !!- I understand that it. Is not always easy to turn blonde from dark however I know Ian possible . She also admitted that yes ‘ I KNOW, I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE I RUINED YOUR HAIR . Let’s bleach it again ‘( she was so upset and could not control her own emotions she went out for a cigarette) I felt humiliated as everyone talked about my hair at the salon . So she bleached it the second time then she toned it again . The result ; Orange !! Not just orange but when I went to see somebody else ( hairdresser ) she nearly cried she and the staff could not believe it how much this ‘ hairbyeszterboni’ ruined my hair. The new hairdresser said that my hair is uneven and with 11 different colours. She also forgot to use that ‘ special ‘ treatment that she said she will. What really made me upset is that she asked tips in the end and she didn’t give my change back !! ( equivalent of 20£)!! Therefore , I would never recommend this place . I’m very disappointed ? and the new salon I went for a consultation the professionals looked at my hair and some cried . As it is ruined .... Please everyone make sure you do the right research and read reviews .. I would Never return . .. she just hasn’t got the right experience and knowledge.
