Longest time you can wait, the problem isn’t them and they work hard but understaffed and old model system

Literally worst experience ever. Bring my wife to emergency, they talk to me like I was a dog!!!! What kind of service is this???? Kicked out with my baby (leave, leave no baby)... Shame on you people

Absolutely acceptable services - compared to the average level of Hungarian Health Care System. Modern and new facility, correct communication with the young team (at least in Hungarian, English wasn't tested :-)). Let me give the five stars to the lady who managed the phone calls and did the administration at the reception desk: she was very open and helpful from very beginning (I contacted the department by phone). I think our Health Care System needs such staffs all around our country. Congratulation and keep in this way SOTE Sürgösségi Betegellátó Osztály!!!! Leírhattam volna magyar nyelven is, de hadd tudja meg a világ, hogy milyen ügyes csapat van nálatok. Mindezt a feleségem T.E. nevében (is) küldöm.

Horrible experience here. I was extremely sick and made to wait for 12hours. Unattended to and miserable. Horrible Horrible experience.

Lots of staff spoke extremely good English. Attentive and reassuring.

worst experience ever at a hospital, i waited seven hours just to do a urine examination, the crew is so unprofessional, wouldn't recommend anyone!!

I never give this kind of rate but when it comes to your health and safety we should be clear, young medical students in their last year should let them practice like that without observation.

Horrible service. It’s not an emergency room at all. Not attentive, very uncomfortable waiting seats, there is even no drinking water Available. I felt very bad for the old lady who was taken by an ambulance but not being taken care of. She was waiting and suffering like me for the whole 8hrs in a normal clinic chair seat. Never go to this hospital. Not worth of using TAJ card in this very backwards system. Total waiting time 8hrs and only did a blood pressure check up after 2hrs of waiting. I was waiting for the result to come out after 5hrs !! Terrible experience. Why can’t they just send the result via email. There was some cases that was not hygiene at all. Changing diapers of old people without taking then to a private room but expose them in front of all sick patients. They were even eating pizza on the spot where they treat the patients. Very unhygienic hospital. Not even a soap available by the toilet and no paper as well. How do they get a permit to even operate this hospital… They even take the intern on the emergency room and educate them in a very slow way when a lot of people needs attention in this room. Too much to say, this 8hrs was hell. I will never come back here ever.
