Nice, clean and quick

Staff is very rude and missing prices on selected items. Later when we paid we realized price was 3 times more expensive than in other shop. Dont recommend at all!. Staff speak only hungarian.

Foreigners and tourists stay away from this Shell! You should see the face of the woman behind the counter and her approach to foreign customers. Or any customers? I don't know. Definitely, she looked disgusted about any query I had, like do you sell oil? She seemed really upset that she has to deal with me speaking English, which I always appreciate from anyone and effort to understand despite language barriers. So I bought the oil, then after a few minutes later I realised that I want to return purchased oil. They (woman with assistance from here man college) refuse to do it. There are no returns in Shell? No politeness, no service to the customers, only disgusted face and bitterness leaving upset customers. If your situation will allow you and you need a Shell petrol station, I recommend you to use a different petrol station than this. There are couple more petrol Shell stations towards East, out from Budapest about 45km / 30min following M3. My family use Shell on a regular basis in Slovakia, but I just find out that this is a franchising system and every single one is somehow different and independent. I doubt the Shell brand would solve this issue for us. Also, it is hard to find any Shell customer service number.

Customer service is very bad. The employees are rude

Apparently putting cones out is enough to say you're closed at 8:30 in the morning on a Wednesday. Maybe you should put a sign up and not have the doors open instead of wasting people's time. I wasn't even there for gas, just a drink but clearly chatting with your colleagues is more important. Avoid this place as they have really rude staff who need to get a lesson in manners and no one wants to help an English speaker.

The employees were rude & racist. On the internet it mentions that they have showers but they don't have it

Employees that do not help (and have something against?) the foreigners. No matter how much i tried to ask a question in english they would look away and answer something in hungarian. Very poor service. Do not go there if you're from another country. Had better experience with another petrol station in the east of the country.
