★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A most pleasant place. Were on a motorcycle trip, ran out of chain spray so we came to this shop to replenish it. The shop is nice, the selection is vast - and to our sheer delight once the seller heard we're from Ukraine he switched to Ukrainian in no time. We were not expecting that at all and it was one of the most pleasant surprises of the whole trip. Thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to buy a used motorcycle. Some came with luggage, and the one I really wanted did not. I visited the shop and the staff were super helpful in making my decision.
I visited multiple times, including bring my wife, and each time Tomi went above and beyond to help and give his recommendations. He seems to love his job. There were several good options, each style had it's pros and cons for our needs, and we discussed with Tomi and Karesz each at length.
I went into the store again yesterday and made the purchase. It was a large order with many changes so it took some time, and Tomi and Kitty were again very helpful.
Buying from Shox felt like more then just a transaction - it felt like the staff really cared what was best for my needs.
