A javítás megbeszélés után kezdődik : személyes vagy telefonos egyeztetés után, ezért nincsenek " meglepetések" stb. Gyors munka, jó csapat! Mindenkinek ajánlom a SILG szervíz-t ! Hi ! S	Szabó Gábor (eXon) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy 2012-es Audi A4 B8 a szervíztől 300m-re állt le kb. 2 héttel ezelőtt (elektronikai hiba), amihez az úriember készségesen kijött, diagnosztikai szoftverrel ellenőrizte a hibakódot, majd abban maradtunk, hogy a Porsche Hungarias barátjától tanácsot kér, mi lehet a probléma oka, mert ő még nem igazán találkozott ilyesmivel. Ezzel eddig nincs is semmi gond. Azzal viszont már sokkal inkább, hogy 2 hét után is ugyanott áll az autó ahol eddig és továbbra sem sikerült kideríteni mi a gondja, 2-3 naponta hívogatnom kellett (mert ő nem keresett), hogy mi a helyzet, majd mindig az volt a válasz, hogy a barátja még nem válaszolt, nem veszi fel neki a telefont, adjak még egy kis időt, stb... ha valaki nem tudja megoldani a problémát az lenne a legegyszerűbb és leggyorsabb megoldás, hogy elmondja: nem tudja mi az autó gondja, keressek valaki mást. Ehelyett 2 hete folyamatosan nekem kellett telefonálgatni, hogy ugyan van e már valami hír az autóról és csak hitegetett... Az eddigi jó értékelések miatt (is) ragaszkodtam volna hozzájuk, de eddig volt türelmem várni, mert ezzel a hozzáállással hónapok múlva sem lesz megjavítva az autó. Instead, I had to make a phone call for 2 weeks to see if there was any news about the car and just waved ... I would have insisted on them (also) because of the good reviews so far, but so far I have had the patience to wait, because with this attitude the car will not be repaired in months.
