Majd telefonáltam egy óra múlva, hogy akkor most mi újság!? Ekkor már azt közölték, hogy már egy ideje úton van a futár. Majd hívtam őket 23 perc múlva, hogy ez azért pofátlanság, mert még az eredetileg rendelt időre sem tudtak odaérni, amire 2 órával előbb leadtam a rendelést, majd kérdezi a hölgy, hogy tulajdonképpen mi is a probléma, hideg volt a pizza(mellékesen, igen)????? Ugyanis ők 1,5 órára vállalják a kiszállítást. 2 órával előtte rendeltem meg!!! Matek nem az erősségük! 1:25 perc alatt sikerült egy rendelést teljesíteni, egy olyan helyre, ami a címtől kb 10-15 percnyire van. Gratulálok!!! Azt kell hogy mondjam, mióta megnyitott az étterem, folyamatos minőségromlás tapasztalható az általuk kínált ételekben. Ez már odáig fajult, hogy a mai rendelésemben, sonka helyett, valami undorító felvágott volt a pizzán, ami nem csak ehetetlen, de irtó büdös is. Gondoltam jelzem ezt az étterem felé, ahol a "kedves" hölgy, aki felvette a telefont, ahelyett, hogy segítséget nyújtott volna, azt ígérte visszahív. 10 perc múlva próbáltam elérni őket, de többször is sikertelen volt. Eltelt további 2 perc, majd az imént említett "kedves" hölgy elmondta, hogy nem tud semmilyen megoldást találni a problémára és szinte még az én k*va anyámat, amiért ezt jelezni mertem feléjük. Amikor elmondtam, hogy eddig rendszeresen rendeltem tőlük, de ezentúl nem fogok, az volt a válasza, hogy 2 hete ugyanez a "sonka" van a pizzán és ha korábban már rendeltem, nekem ezt tudnom kellene. Nem kért képet, nem volt kíváncsi arra, hogy pontosan milyen ételt is kaptam, még a nevemet sem kérdezte meg, láthatóan menekülni akart a kialakult helyzetből. Elmondtam, hogy rendben, elfogadom a választ, de biztosan találkozni fog az értékeléssel és a pizzával is, mert mindenhol meg fogom osztani. EKKOR, és csakis ekkor, felajánlotta, hogy küldhetek nekik is emailt ezzel kapcsolatban. Megköszöntem a "kedvességét", na meg persze a lehetőséget, majd udvariasan elköszöntem, ha már a "kedves" hölgynek ez nem sikerült. SENKINEK nem ajánlom ezt a helyet, undorító hozzállás undorító ételekkel, bár úgy látom, hogy a véleményemmel nem vagyok egyedül.
